Amazing customer service and a wide variety of health accessory products. My experience started even before the shop opened. Inquired about a stethoscope availability over a chat before the chat hours and I promptly got a response by email.Inside the shop, the customer service person was very helpful, explained the product details. Also, she helped my wife with the selection of an ankle bracelet and a mattress protector.Only downside, there is no in store after sales service or returns unless the product was found to be defective.

Lauren was amazing today. She helped myself and my daughter so quickly and with great knowledge. I rececomend her for anyone who needs assistance with their supply needs.

Maxim has taken much of the stress from me dealing with my father's incontinence issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful. So happy that we are using their services.

First time visiting, great service. Nicole helped me choose a few wrist braces. Surprised by the amount of products they carry, as I've only seen slim pickings at pharmacies. So many to choose from! But she helped find 2 different sets based on different needs. Insurance covered them as well transaction was seamless. Appreciate the help!

watching how this company hounded and treated my mother every day while she was dealing with her dieing husband was sickening, she told them she would give a credit card payment and get back to them when she could, she was still within her month of free rental when they started calling her every day, while her husband was using it, being told equipment that they were still using, while he is on his death bed at home, they are coming to pick up, and my mom is his full time care giver, no compassion during a very stressful time in our lives, or care about what is happening when we explained, i her daughter had to call in a card for her as she doesn't even get time to eat in the day from caring for her husband, we understand they need money but hounding everyday while someone's life is slipping is cruel and communication was made.

These folks in the front store are wonderful! I was having an issue with an appliance I will need to use for the rest of my life. I mentioned it to Lauren and she suggested a product.
